Las Vegas, Nevada (January 9, 2014) – Tipsy Totes, a creator of stylish wine gifts and spirit carriers, recently donated to charity one of the three customized bustier totes they modeled after “Pin Up” star Claire Sinclair's favorite costume. The Animal Foundation, Sinclair's chosen charity, will auction off the custom tote in April 2014.
The company collaborated with Sinclair, Playboy's 2011 Playmate of the Year, to design the tote as they celebrated the opening of their new location at 1549 W. Oakley Boulevard and reaffirmed their commitment to the Las Vegas community. Sinclair chose to recreate her popular patriotic bustier costume, featuring the American stars and stripes, which she wears in her show at the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino.
All in all, Tipsy Totes created three bustier wine totes: one for Sinclair, one for her charity, and one for their store. The company's talented artists produced the bags with red satin, meticulously crafting each one with a lace-up back, as well as brilliant sequins and crystals. Designers took care to ensure that each detail matched Sinclair's costume as accurately as possible, and even made the white stars from scratch.
Sinclair signed the customized bustier totes dubbed “The Sinclair” before the company turned one over to The Animal Foundation. Tipsy Totes also donated 10% of their sales during their reopening to the charity.
Proceeds of the April 2014 auction will also benefit the non-profit organization. The foundation aims to educate and empower people to reduce the number of abandoned pets in the streets by encouraging them to adopt the animals. The money raised later this year will be used for the maintenance of the foundation's facilities, as well as the care of the animals in the shelter.
