Returns
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
Please allow 5 business days to process the return once it has been received by WBR.
We cannot be responsible for product used incorrectly or damaged by misuse. Returned items must have a return authorization number and a detailed listing of defects.
Return of unwanted items in new condition will be accepted and refunded once the product is received and the condition is confirmed. These items may be subject to a restocking fee.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship within 2 business days (most often sooner), provided the product ordered is in stock. All In Stock orders will ship within 5 business days, if it will for any reason be longer, we will contact you. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. Out of Stock orders will be shipped as soon as possible. Custom orders will have a timeline discussed so both parties are aware of the completion date and shipping ETA. WBR offers free shipping on orders of $50 and up. Free shipping standard shipping through the USPS and tracking will be provided with a confirmation email. If you require your items by a specific date, please feel free to upgrade your shipping to ensure it arrives on time.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by WBR or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
